朱正江课题组主要发展基于质谱技术的代谢组学新方法,并将代谢组学技术应用于研究与健康、疾病相关的生命医学问题。具体方向为
(1)发展新型质谱方法结合生物信息学实现高通量、全定量代谢组学技术;
(2)代谢组学生物信息学平台及代谢物数据库建设;
(3)运用代谢组学技术研究衰老及神经退行性疾病
